Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy on our products.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns on products purchased through the Website except:

  • Products including food and beverage items, books, gift cards, and items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Products that have been personalized, customized or altered;
  • Products that have been used;
  • Products that have been damaged or altered; and
  • Products that are in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to request a return. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis and determine if a return is to be accepted.

If we accept a return, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. Once the returned product has been received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75 or equivalent to other currency, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed within 14 days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on products purchased through the Website except:

  • Products including food and beverage items, books, gift cards, and items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Products that have been personalized, customized or altered;
  • Products that have been used;
  • Products that have been damaged or altered; and
  • Products that are in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

If we accept an exchange, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned product has been received, we will issue a replacement product. We may not have the item in stock, in which case we will process a refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

  • Products that have been personalized, customized or altered;

The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to request a refund. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund is to be issued. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we agree to issue a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Damaged/Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. Proof of damage/defect is required and must be provided in the form of photos or videos.

If we agree to send a replacement, the customer must return the damaged/defective product in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Once the returned product has been received, we will issue a replacement product.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations on orders placed through the Website if the order has not yet been shipped. The customer must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation.

If a cancellation is accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
